🎉 Why Host a Private Paint Party?

Imagine you and your guests, brushes in hand, creating unique works of art while having a blast together. The Joyful Paintbrush brings everything you need to get creative, so all you have to do is show up and have fun. Choose your painting project, and we'll take care of the rest, from setup to cleanup!

🎨 What Does It Cost?

  • Adult Paint Parties: Start at $250 for up to 6 painters, with additional painters at $40 each. Depending on your project, costs can range from $40 to $75 per painter.

  • Kids' Paint Parties: Start at $200 for up to 10 painters, with each additional painter at $20. Costs vary based on project selection.

A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your date, and a travel fee may apply if your location is more than 50 miles from 23061.

💡 How Does It Work?

  • Step-by-Step Fun: Our artist, Karen Wade, will guide you and your guests through every step of the painting, so no experience is required! We offer projects for everyone, whether you’re hosting a 1-hour kids' event or a 2-hour adult gathering.

  • Your Choice of Art: Each guest will receive a 9x12" canvas (or a project of your choice) to paint and take home as a keepsake.

  • Event Timing: We’ll arrive an hour early to set up, and cleanup takes about 30 minutes. Total party time is approximately 3.5 hours, from start to finish.

🖼️ What Do You Need to Do?

Here’s your simple party host checklist:

Before the party:

  1. Choose a painting you’d love for your event and pay your $100 deposit.

  2. Invite your guests and get everyone excited!

  3. Plan refreshments – a few snacks or drinks add to the fun.

  4. One week before the party, send us a guest list to ensure we have enough supplies for everyone.

On the day of the party:

  1. Provide a location with good lighting, along with tables and chairs.

  2. Set out food and drinks to keep everyone refreshed.

  3. Complete your payment with The Joyful Paintbrush at the end of your party.

  • Table coverings, easels, aprons, and all painting supplies
